The organization details page brings everything about one client organization into one place: its services, requests, invoices, files, members, messages and more. Use it whenever you need the full picture of a client.
Use case: Northwind Studio asks how many credits they have left and whether last month's invoice was paid. Open their organization, check the Credits and Invoices tabs, and answer in a minute.
How to open an organization
Go to Users > Clients.
Open the Organizations tab.
Click the organization you want to see.
The page opens on Services and subscriptions. At the top you see the organization's logo, name and owner, and the date it was created. The tabs below let you switch between sections, and the panel on the right shows the internal details only your team can see.

FAQ
Do all members in an organization receive invoices?
No. The invoice email goes to the client the invoice is for, not to every member of the organization.
Can team members open organization details?
Yes, if they have permission to manage clients or to access their managed clients. Some tabs and actions stay admin-only. See Specific permissions for admin, client, and team.
