Followers (your client and their team members)

Add files to the request
See the last updated date of the request
See client attachments to the request
See for which service the request is submitted
See a notification icon when there is a new activity on a request
Search through all requests and add filters to your search
In addition you can also do the following:
Batch actions (to close multiple requests at once)
Sort requests by quick filters
See open / unassigned / assigned requests
Edit default request status
Edit request status after a team member or client comments
Create request on behalf of clients
Export data
