You want to let potential clients try your service before committing to a paid subscription. A free trial gives them access to your service for a set number of days at no cost, after which their subscription begins automatically.
Note: Trial periods are only available for Recurring services. This option is not available for One-off services.
How to Create a Free Trial
On your dashboard, click Services on the left sidebar, then select All Services.
Click Create Service to begin setting up a new service.
Under Service type, select Recurring and click Next.
Enter your Service name, Description, and upload a Service image. Click Next.
Under Pricing details, select Standard as your pricing type. Enter your regular subscription Price in USD and select a Recurring periodā for example, Monthly.
Toggle on Enable trial period. Two new fields will appear:
Trial amount - enter 0 to make it a free trial
Trial period - enter the number of days the free trial will lastā for example, 14 for a 14-day free trial
Click Next, proceed through the remaining steps to customize your Request form, then click Save.
