How to Use AI Rewrite on Messages

Learn how to use the AI Rewrite Feature to improve your messages before sending.

You’ve typed a quick message in the discussion area, but want to expand it, fix typos, or make it sound more polished before sending. Instead of rewriting it manually, the AI Rewrite feature takes your message and rewrites it using the context of the request– saving you time and keeping your communication professional.

How to use AI rewrite on a message

1.In your portal dashboard, click Messages on the left sidebar, or open a specific request and go to the activity tab.

2. Write your message in the message composer at the bottom of the screen. Your message needs to be at least 15 characters for the AI Rewrite button to activate.

3. Click the purple AI Rewrite icon in the bottom right of the message composer. You’ll see a tooltip that says “AI Rewrite– Click to rewrite content with AI.”

4. The AI will rewrite your message using the context of the request– expanding on your original text, correcting typos, and improving overall tone. The rewritten version will appear directly in the message composer.

5. Once you’re happy with the rewrite, click Send.
