How to Schedule Responses

Learn how to schedule messages to be sent at a later time in the Request Discussion area.

📌 Use Case


You’re working outside your client’s business hours and want your response to arrive at the right time. Instead of sending a message immediately, you can schedule it to be delivered when it makes the most sense, particularly useful for remote teams working across different time zones.

How to schedule a response

1. In your portal dashboard, click Requests on the left sidebar.

2. Click on the request you want to respond to.

3. This opens the Request Details page.

4. Write your message in the discussion box at the bottom of the screen.

5. Instead of clicking the Send button directly, click the small dropdown arrow next to it. A Schedule Send menu will appear with the following options:

  • Tomorrow - sends the message the next day at 8:00 AM

  • In 2 days - sends the message two days from now at 8:00 AM

  • Custom time - lets you choose a specific date and time

6. Click the option that works best for you. Your message will be scheduled and sent automatically at the selected date and time.
