If you use ManyRequests for your agency:
You are the data controller
We are the data processor
This means you control the data, and we process it on your behalf.
Third-party providers
We use trusted tools to run the service (e.g. AWS for hosting, Stripe for payments).
They only process data as needed and under strict agreements.
Data location & transfers
Your data may be processed outside the EU.
We use standard legal safeguards (like Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it.
Data retention
Data is kept while your account is active.
After account deletion, data is removed within a reasonable timeframe (typically 30–90 days), unless required for legal reasons.
