How to Disable the Cancel or Pause Subscription Option

If you want to prevent clients from stopping their subscription directly from the portal (for example, to ensure cancellations go through your team first), you can manage this setting in your admin panel.

How to Disable the Cancel or Pause Subscription Option

  1. Go to Settings in your ManyRequests admin dashboard.

  2. Click Modules & Extensions.

  3. Select Users.

  4. Scroll down to the Clients section.

  5. Under Billing, you’ll see options to control what clients can access.

  6. Toggle Cancel & Pause Subscriptions off to disable this feature.

Only Portal Admins can access and update this setting.
